We work in partnership with our local DFCS Agency and its Board to help provide quality care for Georgia's children in the foster care system. We are a community resource that help to provide food and clothing to foster families and low income families. Our service is available for civilian and military families. We also sponsor summer vacation, annual Christmas party and training for foster families. We are a non profit 501 c (3) organization. Therefore, you can send any donations to the address listed above. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Meetings held the 2nd Thursday of every month @
6:00 pm at the DFCS office on Wheaton Street.
Board meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month
We also participate in the L.O.V.E. tutoring program for all foster/adoptive
children from 1st grade to high school in reading and math held
at the DFCS office.
Training for the parents is provided at all meetings and annual
dues are $15.00 per person.
We host an annual summer trip for the children, we hold fundraisers
through out the year in order to raise money for the trip

- The CCFPA meets on the first Friday of each month at Kid's Kountry
(behind Carrollton Elementary School) at 7:00 PM. All foster and
adoptive parents and those interested in foster parenting are
welcomed to attend. Annual dues for members of the CCFPA are $10.00
per person. The CCFPA works to enhance the foster care experience
for children by providing networks, recsources, and support for
foster children and parents. Childcare and supper are provided
free of charge.

We have covered dish at every meeting and a guest speaker presentation
at almost all meetings to meet the needs and concerns of every foster

We meet at First Christian Church on Sawnee Drive on the 3rd Thursday
of each month from 7:00 - 9:00. Child care is provided by representatives
from the 4H group. Annual membership is $10.00 and you will receive

Our Association's members are dedicated to the lives of the children
in the Foster Care System throughout Forsyth County. Our commitment

We meet the last Tuesday of the month at Hanleiter Methodist Church
on Broad Street from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Child care is provided by DFCS.
Annual membership is $5.00 per person ($10.00 a couple) and you will
receive a monthly newsletter.

Our Association is dedicated to helping the children that come into
care throughout our county. We have skating parties, Christmas parties,
fundraisers, awards for school achievements and helping Foster Parents
with resources and assistance. We encourage you to help these children
and our county is in need of new Foster Parents!!!!
